Public Records requests can be made in person, Monday through Friday, during regular office hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding holidays, by phone or via the public records request form below.
Mifflin Township has adopted a Public Records policy pursuant to ORC §149.43.
Records and Public Records are defined respectively in ORC §149.011 (g) and ORC §149.43 (A) (1).
MIFFLIN TOWNSHIP PUBLIC RECORDS POLICY
We pledge to provide prompt inspection of public records and provide copies of public records within a reasonable amount of time.
