Artificial flowers, grave blankets, and anything on the ground must be removed from the graves at both Mifflin Cemetery, 218 Agler Rd., and Riverside Cemetery, 3840 Sunbury Rd. by Saturday, March 15th. Remaining items will be picked up by Mifflin Township service crews starting on Monday, March 17th. Live flowers may be planted near the base of the headstone from March 16 – November 15. If cemetery visitors have artificial arrangements they would like to save, please take them home until November 15 when they are allowed on the graves for the winter.
