CPR & AED Training
Adapted for the Hearing Impaired

Realizing the need for more inclusive training opportunities, this CPR/AED course is being
adapted to meet the specific needs of the DEAF and Hard of Hearing communities.
American Sign Language interpretation will be provided, thanks to a generous grant
from the Columbus Foundation’s Dorothy E. Ann Fund.

PARTICIPANTS WILL:

• Learn how to perform effective Adult CPR
• Learn how to use an AED(includes hands-on practice)
• Learn how to help a choking adult
• Receive an American Heart Association 2-year certification
