Impounded vehicles will be released after you present all of the following and pay any charges due:

1. Valid driver’s license or if the owner is not a valid licensed driver, two valid licensed drivers are needed: one to drive the unlicensed owner of the car to the lot; one to drive the impounded car off the lot.
2. Car registration or title
3. Proof of valid liability insurance coverage for the vehicle
