Police reports can be obtained  in several ways:

Visit the Ohio Department of Public Safety’s Crash Retrieval portal. You can search by date, jurisdiction or other pertinent details.

Contact the Mifflin Township Police Department at (614) 471-4494 or  police@mifflin-oh.gov.

Provide as much detailed information as possible, such as date and location, that would be helpful in identifying and searching the report.

Hard copies are subject to a $4 report fee.
